Fresh Flowers
How long flowers last depends on how well the flowers are cared for.
If the flower stems are re-cut by the recipient and are placed in to fresh water with water changes every couple of days, the flowers should stay beautiful for 5 days, and some will stay lovely for longer.
To get the most out of your fresh flowers we recommend that you:
- trim your stems on an angle an re-trim every few days
- keep any foliage (leaves) out of the water
- keep the flowers in a cool - room temperature place as excess heat will cause them to wilt
- pop them in a clean vase and continue to change the water regularly. If any scum appears in vase clean the vase.
Dried Flowers
Our dried flowers will last a life time if well cared for. To maintain their beauty:
- Keep them away from water and lightly and direct sunlight
- Keep out of water
- To clean simply lightly dust the flowers, ensuring to be delicate as the flowers are very fragile

Same Day Delivery will occur between 1-7pm on our standard service, and delivery may be made any time within this window.
Our Same Day Delivery service is $15 for orders under $100, or free on orders over $100.
Auckland Priority Service:
Delivery begins midday and your order will be delivered by 3pm.
Auckland Priority deliveries are not covered by our free delivery offer and will incur a charge of $35 at checkout.
Overnight:
We use a nationwide overnight tracked delivery service which means we will send out your parcel the day prior to your selected delivery date.
Our overnight delivery rate is over 95% on your selected delivery date, however sometimes there are issues experienced by our third party courier that are beyond our control.
Please check the NZ Post network here for any delays in your area.
Rural:
Please send dried flowers, gifts or gift boxes to rural addresses.
We do not recommend sending fresh flowers to rural addresses due to the delivery time required impacting our ability to keep these fresh.
If fresh flowers are ordered to a rural address, this is at your own risk and is not covered by our guarantee.
If the address is rural we recommend selecting 2 days before you need it.

I highly recommend this place. They make your flowers fresh, beautiful, and elegant. I ordered two medium sizes and one large size flowers on a vase. I am so very proud to display this in my church. However, next time I’ll go for larger-size flowers as it was my first time purchasing from Wild Rose. The two back flowers are medium and the front is large. It is pricey. The flowers arrived however some where already a long way past there best. I also ordered flowers in advance for delivery on Mother's day which arrived at 7 minutes past five in the afternoon.

We are sorry to hear this and apologize that the flowers arrived later than you expected. With Mother's Day being a big occasion, the couriers picked the flowers up at 9 am for delivery on Mother's Day and as you can imagine, they were pretty busy. To avoid disappointment We also have a disclaimer on our website that all orders on our same-day delivery get delivered between 1 pm and 8 pm. If the order is urgent then we suggest using our premium priority delivery or picking up so that you have them at your desired time.
