Auckland:

Auckland Overnight Shipping Options: 

• $14 or free on orders over $100 (Excluding ruraladdresses) (Monday to Friday).

• $14 or free on orders over $100 (Excluding ruraladdresses) (Saturday). 

 

Auckland Local Delivery Options: 

• Auckland Local Same-Day Afternoon Delivery 1-5pm:Rate calculated depending on postcode.

  • Can I Select A Delivery Date?

Yes, of course! Simply choose your favouriteproducts and head to checkout where you will be asked to enter your deliverydate from the calendar. We deliver 7 days in Auckland, Monday - FridayNationwide!

 

We've partnered with leading New Zealand couriersand have worked hard to create a delivery network with over 95% deliveryaccuracy. No courier is 100% reliable, however our partners strive to be asclose as possible. 

 

*Nationwide excludes rural addresses. We candeliver non-perishable items to these addresses Monday - Friday. Please selecta date 2-3 days before your intended delivery date for rural deliveries. 



  • Can I Select A Delivery Time?

Our couriers create a delivery route and schedulebased on the orders they have for that day to be as efficient andenvironmentally responsible as possible. Therefore a specific delivery timecan't be selected and your items could be delivered in the times stated belowdepending on the chosen delivery method at checkout.

 

Auckland Same-Day Delivery:

Daytime Delivery (1-5pm) (Monday to Sunday) - Orderby 10am for same-day delivery.

Evening Delivery (6-9pm) (Monday to Friday) - Orderby 3pm for same-day delivery.

Overnight Nationwide Delivery: 

Our nationwide service delivers between 8am and8pm.


Express Tonight Auckland Delivery: 

Order by 2:30pm for same-day 6-9pm evening delivery. 


Express Tonight Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch Delivery: 

 Order by 10:30am for same-day 6-9pm evening delivery.  


Please note that we don't deliver fresh flowers torural addresses due to their perishable nature. Rural delivery timeframes maybe outside of the times noted above.

We try our best to get your order delivered on thechosen delivery date and time, however as our delivery is carried out by athird party delivery service and there are external circumstances (such astraffic, accidents and breakdowns) that impact their ability to deliver, wecannot guarantee delivery. If there are any issues about when or how your giftwas delivered, please email our team at florists@thewildrose.co.nz to discuss this with our team.

  • Can i track my order?

For sure. You will receive a tracking number via email or text (for same day orders only).

You will be able to click on the tracking link within that to see your delivery information.


If you haven't received your link, please call our team on 09 262 2509 and our team can update you on its status.


  • I Entered The Wrong Delivery Address, Can I Change It?

We totally understand that accidents happen. Please ring our store on 09 262 2509 as soon as you can and let us know the correct address and if it is possible, we'll update this for you.

  • Can You Deliver To PO Boxes, Apartments And Rural Addresses?


We can deliver to Rural Addresses, however as these take an extra 1-3 days to arrive we do not recommend sending perishable items such as fresh flowers. If you do want to send fresh flowers to a rural address, we can accomodate however we don't take responsibility if these don't arrive as fresh and beautiful as they should. 
Some flowers such as lilies travel better than others, so if you're wanting to send fresh flowers to a rural address please call 09 262 2509 and discuss what options are best suited for you. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Apartments due to them having limited access and being unsafe to leave. If there is easy access for a courier and details are provided this could be an option but please call us prior to placing your order.



  • Why didn't my order arrive on the date i selected?

As we use a third party courier company for both our Nationwide Deliveryand Auckland Same Day Delivery, we can never 100% guarantee your delivery date,however we ensure the timing on our end as much as possible to give your parcelthe best chance of arriving on your selected date. 

For Nationwide, Overnight Delivery, your parcel is picked up from ourstore the day prior to your Delivery Date and sent on an Overnight Service.

For Auckland Same Day Delivery, your parcel is picked up from our storethat same day, to arrive to your address in the time frame selected atcheckout.

Unfortunately ordering in advance has no impact on whether your orderarrives in time, as we always send the orders out with the same process asabove. Sending out orders too early could result in the parcel arriving tooearly for the special day.

Over 94% of our orders arrive on the selected delivery day, so in mostcases, your delivery will arrive as planned.

Delivery times can occasionally vary due to factors like weatherconditions, traffic, road closures, courier delays, or high order volumes.

In rare cases, delays could occur where weather conditions make itunsafe for our drivers to deliver, there are road closures that extend deliverytimes (for example the closure of the Auckland Harbour Bridge), or there is alocal or national emergency declared.

 

If your order hasn't arrived, please call our team on 09 262 2509 oremail at florists@thewildrose.co.nz and our friendly team will investigate thiswith our courier partners. 

  • what happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient isn’t at home, a few things could happen:
1. The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so.
2. If the driver is unable to leave the package, we are generally notified and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or the gift will be sent back to us.  

Please provide the recipients phone number and delivery instructions to make sure the delivery driver has the best chance possible to deliver the gift successfully. 
  • Why might my delivery be delayed or arrive later than expected?

Over 94% of our orders arrive on the selected delivery day, so in most cases, your delivery will arrive as planned.

  • How long do fresh flowers last?

How long flowers last depends on how well the flowers are cared for. If the flower stems are re-cut by the recipient and are placed in to fresh water, with water changes every couple of days, the flowers should stay beautiful for 5 days, and some will stay lovely for longer. Our dried flowers will stay beautiful for a life time if well cared for.


To get the most out of your fresh flowers we recommend that you:

- trim your stems on an angle an re-trim every few days

- keep any foliage (leaves) out of the water

- keep the flowers in a cool - room temperature place as excess heat will cause them to wilt

- pop them in a clean vase and continue to change the water regularly


  • How long do dried flowers last?

Our dried flowers will last a life time if well cared for. To maintain their beauty keep them away from water and lightly and direct sunlight. To clean simply lightly dust the flowers, ensuring to be delicate as the flowers are very fragile.

  • How do i care for fresh flowers?

To get the most out of your flowers we recommend that you:

- trim your stems on an angle an re-trim every few days

- keep any foliage (leaves) out of the water

- keep the flowers in a cool - room temperature place as excess heat will cause them to wilt

- pop them in a clean vase and continue to change the water regularly

- clean for vase if scum begins to appear

  • Can I create a custom order?

Yes you can. We suggest looking at our website to see if there is something similar to your vision and we can discuss substituting flowers colours and products. If there is nothing on our website that represents what you'd like to achieve, please chat to our friendly florists about your requirements and they'll confirm what's possible.


Phone us at 09 262 2509 or email us florists@thewildrose.co.nz at least 48 hours before delivery time with what you would like and we will get back to you asap with a price and your options. 

  • Can I Make Changes To My Order?

Please contact our team as soon as you have a request to make a change to your order by emailing florists@thewildrose.co.nz or calling 09 262 2509 and letting us know your order number and request. 


We can't guarantee that we can make your change, however we will certainly do our best to accomodate.

  • My order is different from the photo?

Please keep in mind that flowers are seasonal and dependent on growers availabilities. Our bouquets are handcrafted and are likely to be different from the photo, however they should match the colour palette and size you ordered.


If you feel as if your box is very different from the photo, please email florists@thewildrose.co.nz a photo of how your gift was received and your order number.

If your gift is missing products or add-ons, please send us an email to florists@thewildrose.co.nz with your order number and a photograph of how the gift was received. Our team will remedy this for you.
