What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?

If you are not happy with your order (being reasonable), we promise to either refund or replace your order. 

Please send us an email at florists@thewildrose.co.nz with the issue and a photo attached. 

Exclusions include 

  • Courier delays / mistakes
  • Events out of our control
  • Wrong Customer or Delivery information provided
  • Damages to flowers due to not caring for them as per the flower care instructions
